Vermont Community Foundation
Middlebury, VT | 2015-2016
The Vermont Community Foundation (VCF) occupies the stately Masonic Building, built in 1823, on Court Square in Middlebury. VCF hired VIA to help with a multi-level office reorganization and renovation. Main floor renovations included a new, more welcoming reception area with better visibility of the entrances, flexible workspaces and meeting rooms, a unique donor recognition area, and a new main entry door that curtails air infiltration. Second floor renovations improve work flow, enhance storage, and make better use of communal and enclosed office space. VCF staff began enjoying their updated space in early 2017.
